Plan for Opening Day

Our first day will be a special one for all of us however,  I am very aware that this first day in secondary school can be a very anxious time for both parents and students.  To alleviate any stress or worry that may be associated with this transition I would like to invite parents, guardians or grandparents to accompany their child to Clonturk Community College for the official welcome from 10.00 to 12pm on August 29^th.  During this time you and your child will be formally welcomed into the Clonturk family. The students will spend the rest of the day getting to know their teachers and fellow class mates as well as receiving an induction into life, routines, responsibilities and expectations in Clonturk Community College.  School will end as usual at 3.15pm.
